Matthew J. Bridger is a dynamic and accomplished individual with a passion for innovation, social impact, and community service. Born in Ashford, Kent, United Kingdom, Matthew’s early education took place at The John Wallis Academy. His creative journey began at The EDGE School of Creative and Business at Folkestone College, where he studied Media Studies. During this time at The EDGE, Matthew started his filmmaking career, directing, editing, and filming a student short film, followed by editing a music video. He also took an unconventional path by reaching out to global brands, convincing them to send him their products, which he then transformed into commercials for their social media platforms. After a year at The EDGE, Matthew decided that staying in education was not for him. To circumvent the requirement of remaining in education until the age of 18, he employed himself as an apprentice so that he could focus on his entrepreneurship journey.
At just 24 years old, Matthew has made significant strides in various fields, including entrepreneurship, media, politics, philanthropy, and consulting. Known for his innovative and disruptive methods, Matthew excels in identifying untapped opportunities and transforming them into successful ventures. His expertise has led him to consult and support a range of businesses and organisations, playing a pivotal role in some of the globe’s fastest-growing companies.

While still a student, he founded a social enterprise aimed at empowering underprivileged youth and joined the Folkestone Business Hub as a Director. Matthew has also served in various political roles, including as a councillor, party candidate, and Deputy Chairman of Ashford Conservatives, striving to make a positive difference in his local communities.
